User Account | TRANSCOM Support Site

In this section, you will find instructions and forms needed to request a TRANSCOM Organization Account as well as Privileged User account, such as Group Administrator, Shipper and Carrier accounts.

These forms can be filled directly from any application that can open Word documents. You will need to save the Word document on your work station prior to emailing.

Group Administrators, Shippers and Carriers require role privileges in TRANSCOM above 'read-only'. To comply with DOE direction, 'privileged users' will require background verification if they do NOT possess either a security clearance (L, Q, secret or top secret) or federally issued HSPD12 badge. Background request forms will be sent to the User for completion and submittal. The background verification will be performed by TRANSCOM security sub-contractor (NetGain Corp). Account Request	PDF	Required to obtain access to TRANSCOM for organizations that are new to our system. Approval from the DOE/CBFO TRANSCOM Program Manager is necessary.
Privileged User Information Form	PDF	Identifies the user role and collects User information for TCC staff to use for creating ‘privileged" user accounts. (Group Administrator, Shippers and Carriers) Upon completion of required training, background verification (if applicable) TRANSCOM user account will be created and a password issued to the User. Read only users are NOT required to complete this form. Read only user accounts will be created and managed by the Group Administrator of their organization.
Carrier Transportation Information	PDF	Required for Carriers to provide contact information when shipments will be tracked in TRANSCOM using their fleet. User account is not required for Carriers unless they wish to manage their fleet in the system or monitor shipments using TRANSCOM. Carriers who wish to have access to the TRANSCOM system should submit Account Request and Privileged User information form.
