TRANSCOM Training Requirements

Cyber Security Awareness Training (CSA)
The Cyber Security Awareness (CSA) Training module is provided and maintained by the Department of Defense. 

The training module must be completed as a prerequisite for ALL Users prior to completing any of the below TRANSCOM training modules.

CSA Refresher training is required annually for TRANSCOM User roles considered "Privileged" Users (Group Admin, Shipper, Carrier).

*A sound device onboard with speakers or headphones.

Certificate of Completion- Upon completion of training; please confirm name and date populate on certificate and SAVE.  Take a screenshot of your completed certificate if printing option is not available.  Privileged Users (Group Admin, Shipper and Carrier role) will be required to upload a copy of their certificate into the TRANSCOM System upon account creation and annually thereafter.
